Currently, for International delivery this is the only option available, as there no longer is surface or ground shipping provided by the US Postal Service. We do NOT ship 1st class or Media Mail. US Post Express Shipping can be arranged, as well as Federal Express in certain cases and for an extra fee covering both shipping expenses and special processing. We do NOT ship DHL or International UPS.
Shipping rates on various orders will sometimes change and at times we may need to charge extra shipping on certain orders for reasons of unusual size, requirements of sending in separate packages, or for other unanticipated reasons. I've covered a lot of material in many years of research, but never have I come across insights which more clearly point to an underlying mathematical structure to price markets which become discernible through proper scaling. Alex's scaling methods and insights are the best I've come across, particularly his angle-based approach.
